H2Outfitters respects the privacy needs and concerns of our customers. The personal, identifiable information we collect from our customers is used solely for processing customer orders, improving our products, services and website content, and communicating with our customers about the status of their order, answering customer questions and/or addressing customer concerns. Unless required by law or to comply with legal process, we will not sell or share our customers’ personal information with unauthorized third party sources (i.e. third party sources not directly related to providing H2Outfitter products and primary services).
Online orders will ship to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and most items are shipped at a flat rate depending on their size and weight. For deliveries outside this area or to a P.O. Box and/or APO address, please order by phone. Shipping and handling costs are stated prior to finalizing order payment. Freight costs are now calculated on volume as well as weight. (UPS and FedEx must have a physical street address and will not ship products to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses. Only USPS will ship to PO Box, APO and FPO addresses)
Orders are shipped through the carrier most convenient for the delivery address; please allow for 7-12 business days for processing and delivery. H2Outfitters Marine does not offer package tracking at this time.

Return and Cancellation Policy
Our goal is customer satisfaction. H2Outfitters guarantees it products for one year under normal use and against *defects in materials or workmanship; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can appropriately address your concerns. At H2Outfitters, we appreciate your business and will work with you to ensure a positive experience.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice. Unopened and unused *merchandise can be returned within one year from date of purchase for a full refund or comparable exchange, if requested. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless H2Outfitters erred in shipping your order. H2Outfitters Marine accepts returns in compliance with Minnesota State laws.
*Defective or used merchandise will be inspected and a handling fee of up to 20% may be applied. A refund less shipping and handling will be applied to the original form of payment, or an exchange item will be sent promptly if requested.
We process and ship orders as soon as possible, if you would like to cancel your order please do so as early as possible to avoid return shipping fees.
